Every month during the academic year, the Division of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and the Provost\u2019s Office host Connection<\/a> \u2013 a gathering that offers support and community to faculty from all backgrounds and phases of their academic careers. I attended the most recent event and enjoyed sharing our progress as a university and answering faculty questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
