Mizzou’s Welcome Back Faculty Social was held in the Bond Life Sciences Center Atrium. Faculty were invited to spend time with their colleagues, enjoyed a welcome from Provost Latha Ramchand and learned about campus opportunities, programs and resources, as well as celebrated service anniversaries.

Music for the event was provided by a faculty band, ShowMe Brass, which includes members Donald Burke-Aguero, Lisa Sattenspiel, Sara Ringbauer, Steve Fair and Art Smith.

Faculty members celebrating 30 years of service were presented with commemorative art created by Ellie Cearley, an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Those celebrating 40 and 50 years were each given a unique piece of art based on their fields created by Linda Helmick, Assistant Professor of Art Education.
